Common questions
- A title shows "not rated yet". Its score is not in the bundled set. Catalog updates (popup → Privacy) is on by default and fetches missing scores automatically; turn it off to stay fully on-device.
- Stop all network requests. Turn on Local-only mode in the popup. Bundled scores still work; only Pro license re-checks and catalog updates pause.
- Personalize verdicts. Open the popup, press "Rescan watch history" while a Netflix tab is open.
- Pro purchase. Pro is unlocked per installation. If a purchase did not unlock, reopen the popup to let it re-check, or email us with your purchase email.
- Export or delete your data. Use "Export my data (JSON)" in the popup. Uninstalling removes all local data. To delete a purchase record, email us.
